I’m also a nurse (kind of – Healthcare Assistant) in a public hospital.
Also I’ve been a competitive bodybuilder for years.
You said you’ve been training for about 10 months. I suppose, now it’s gonna be 2,5 years.
If you want to be/are a serious bodybuilder or going to the gym just to improve size and quality of your muscles,
don’t worry about weights you use (namely numbers). You’re doing good as long as
they’re heavy enough FOR YOU to perform 6 correct reps and as long as you increase them, even slowly and carefully (to avoid injuries).
A Powerlifter or Weightlifter may want to impress others with weights he uses (because this is their main goal)
but Bodybuilder doesn’t have to. Of course increase of strength is very important in bodybuilding but this is
a secondary goal.
By now you probably know your body’s/muscles’ responses to weight training –
-which muscle groups respond well and which are more stubborn.
As a bodybuilder you need to “listen” to your body in order to give it adequate “regime” so to speak.
Don’t COPY bodybuilding champions’ routines as they’ve been good for THEM.
Everybody is different, unique.
However, in your personal programme you can use some hints, ideas, tricks and methods that advanced bodybuilders use, give them some time and see if it works for YOU.
Prioritize YOUR weak and stubborn muscle on your training sessions.
Namely, train them first, when you have most energy.
Of course after a good warm-up (to lower a risk of injury).
When ir comes to nutrition today’s commercialized bodybuilding generation puts too much emphasis
on suplements. They’re just SUPLEMENTS to right nutrition and not basics or substitute.
They work (still some of them, not all) only if you stick to bases – right diet.
Coming back to training, this is split routine that I’ve been doing for long time and it worked for me:

Finally, specific advice. If you are looking to juice for the first time, don’t get too complicated! I hear of people going out the first time and running 5 different drugs.. That’s crazy; there’s simply no need to do that, you can only grow so fast and there’s not much gained (except risk) by going poly drug. A great 8-12 week cycle for most men is 500mgs/wk of testosterone and .5 to 1mg 3X a week of Arimidex (depending on how you feel). That’s it. No need to over complicate things! Also, you need to get over any fear of needles. Oral steroids are ALL DANGEROUS because they need to go through your liver, and, because of that, they all stress your body a lot more than injections. It’s not that bad, I’ve been doing it 2X a week for years, you get used to it. Not the highlight of my day, but no worse than a lot of other things! If you just want to be sterile, 250mgs/wk of testosterone with .5 Arimidex 3X a week will do it for most men. That’s a high TRT dose, and will make most steroid newbies grow pretty well; but it’s low enough that most people can stay on it indefinitely. Oh, and, one other thing.. Get some Rogaine. 😉 That’s a real negative side effect of steroids, if you’re predisposed to male pattern baldness, steroids WILL accelerate the hair loss. Rogaine (or Propecia, if you can stand the sides) helps immensely.

If you’re going to compete in bodybuilding especially the NPC to IFBB PRO level you’re doing gear no butts about it. Do I care if he’s on gear absolutely not but again like some mention his work ethic, hard work and dedication are what counts. People think bc someone went on gear they’re going to get big, ummm no. If you go on gear you have to train just as hard or harder and you have to EAT. I hate when people talk about the stuff and they don’t know jack shit. Most successful Bodybuilders in the NPC rely on hard work, diet and some gear (the correct way of doing it).

I used to play hockey since kindergarten. I quit playing when I was about 13yrs old. I first hit the gym when I was like 17yrs. After 8 months of training I had 5% body fat, 192 pounds. I am 178 cm, 5 10 like Greg. All natural, no single suplement in my diet. Now when I am 33 years old, I have 189 pounds and 13% of body fat. Thetefore I need to mention I am on and off with workouts for the last 10 yrs. I used to party like an animal for the decade, no healthy food, s lot of buzz.. At one point I had 240 pounds and 26% of body fat. That happend because I was eating way to much and no exercise at all. I was like a pig. But my message is, yes, you can have 185 pounds at 5 10 being 100% natural.

If you want to get huge, take what the pros take. A shitload of test (1g+/wk), tren and deca as needed. Add in insulin and GH. Hope that you don’t fucking die. I can tell you, from years of training with pros and helping them work their supplement/drug stacks, they aren’t taking any of this shit (with the exception of M1T when it was available, that shit was rocket fuel, but also hell on your body). The real secret to “HUGE” is insulin, it’s not some shit that you can buy OTC, trust me. And notice, there are no links or ads in my article, I’ve got nothing to gain except for helping people not waste money on supplements that don’t work, or get sick/fucked up by shit that’s dangerous. Not saying that is the case with this drug, it may be fine, but, problem is, nobody really knows. And running this drug without a testosterone base will fuck you up, guarantee it; you’ll be chemically castrated by drugs like this when you don’t add in test. Just look up “deca dick” for some stories of guys who ran steroids without a testosterone base. Nothing like being 225 with veins if your scalp showing but not being able to get it up to really impress the ladies.
